Default Myrtle Grove Range

Went out to the Myrtle Grove shooting range this morning with a shooting
buddy and my S&W 686, Ruger Mk III, and S&W AR 15-22.

Still impressed with how sweet the 686’s single-action trigger is. Makes
it really easy to shoot where you want to shoot at 7, 15, and 25 yards.
Went through a box of 50 .38 Specials and 40 .357 MAGs.

The Mk. III is a great little .22LR and for the first time I really
enjoyed all the Volquartsen modifications that were applied. Went
through 250 rounds of ammo, including 50 rounds of CCI Standard through
my suppressor. Barely any sound beyond clicks with the suppressor
screwed on.

Have to “re-sight” the scope on my 15-22, since I was consistently
shooting three inches low and four inches to the left at 100 yards. It
was too hot for me to want to mess with it, though, so I just changed my
point of aim.

Myrtle Grove is south and west of Waldorf, in La Plata, and is a nice
range.
