I got it in Nepal a few weeks ago. Had a really bad bout for two days on day 4 of the trip and then it appeared to go completely away. Then it hit me after I returned home. I got Metrodinizole and that seemed get rid of the major symptoms. But now I just have this overall malaise, sour stomach and occasional dizziness feeling. It sucks. I am thinking of getting back with the doctor but maybe I just need to let things recover naturally. Drinking coffee is not a good thing for me now. I don't really do much milk, so that isn't a problem.
