I get the four mainstream channels that Boston receives plus their PBS.
The only difference that I know about is we insert a lot of local advertisements to replace their commercials.
On the other hand I too am tired of Bernie and Phil's endless furniture commercials or New England Toyota rubbing it in how much cheaper car leases are down there.

Besides, few South Carolinians go to Myrtle Beach. Way too many tourists, and there are better beaches in SC to visit. We just don't advertise them.
