I've played golf with temps in the 20's, but couldn't get past the thirteenth hole.
Toes were freezing. Got some great roll though, and one 'water ball' bounced from the
pond right up onto the green. Got a par from what would probably have been a double
bogey, or worse.

We were down to Monterey yesterday. Granddaughters in their swimsuits in
the tide pools. Was cool in the evening. Had to put on a lightweight
jacket when we ate bbq steak at my daughters godparents outside at Pebble
Beach. Nice drive home, 75 most of the way. Got home at about 11:30 pm
and outside working on some broken pool coving today. Cool this morning.
56 in the shade of the deck now.

Started snowing here about a half hour ago. Coming down pretty good, maybe a half
inch so far. Temp has climbed from 7F all the way to 17F. Dogs don't even like it out
there.

It warmed up here, high 70s and we will be close to 80 tomorrow but
then it will get cool again.
We will do our usual wednesday boat ride tomorrow.
I am going to be smoking ribs wednesday for company anyway.
It is supposed to be warm again Sunday.

Latest rib process: Three hours on the water smoker, with lots of chips and chunks,
and then three hours at 250F in the oven, tightly wrapped in foil.

Foggy this morning and looks like maybe we have some much needed rain
coming this way. Had to get a new coupler for the air hose this morning.
First coupler I ever had the balls come out of. Air hammer made getting
the old cement out a lot easier. Have to trim the new coving bricks, but
the weather looks bad enough I do not want to get out the tile saw.
