Another blizzard forecast for later tonight and through Sunday
with 50 mph winds and gusts to hurricane strength. Good news is
additional snowfall forecast is for only 10-12+ inches which will sit on
top of the 32 plus inches already on the ground.

Then, another potential storm, more of a Nor'Easter, may come up the
coast on Tuesday-Wednesday bringing additional snow. Good news is
that if it develops you people in the middle Atlantic states may get
to share in it a bit. Please take all the snow you want. :-)

Miserable winter.

Well here in the West. Took the boat and wife out yesterday to the old
Mothball fleet area in the Sacramento River for a day of fishing. Hot.
70's. Not fish harmed. In shorts today. Daughter in Santa Monica said
was 90 degrees.

Not to rub it in.

The weather appears very nice at Carmel also. All those Pebble Beach golfers are in
short sleeves. Don't see many bikinis on the beach today though.

We are going to Monterey for the day tomorrow. Forgot about the ATT.
Daughter and family are coming up for the weekend. He is a Reserve AF
Captain so they can stay at the language institute. Daughters Godparents
live at Pebble, so better warn them about the traffic.

"How do your large, four-legged horsie pets manage this crappy weather?"

Maybe Richard bought them one of the large horse treadmills you might see in a horse rehabilitation facility.
I would...nothing too good for those beautiful animals. ;-)

You couldn't afford to feed one.

I was thinking...up here in the burbs, there used to be a farm that gave away the free fertilizer to urban folks who liked to garden or improve their lawns.

You were thinking? *That's* awesome!
