Another wacky US Army veteran upsets local law enforcement

Then please explain the high numbers of psychotic and homeless vietnam era vets we had, the high numbers of vet suicides we're having now, and the non-traditional groups that have sprung up to help vets recently because of the lack of help for their problems.
