The town is getting a new facelift. It's now looking like a ghetto. Brilliant!

Looks like they're trying to emulate Detroit.

They spent three months preparing to riot instead of learning about the
American Justice system and the Grand Jury... they deserve it...

And O'Bama is using it as a photo op. Where's the National Guard? Did
O'Bama forget to send them in?

It would have been better for all, including

If Wilson had been indicted he would have automatically lost his job
and been responsible for his own legal defense cost, which would be
considerable.

Putting yourself in Wilson's shoes for a minute, how would you react
if a punk kid (and he was a punk) reached into your car window,
punched you, and tried to grab your gun? That's not a very good
opening scenario for a peaceful resolution.

Nope it's not and I agree he was a punk. Or high as a kite.

According to the media, Wilson has been negotiating his resignation
anyway. There's no way he could ever remain a cop in Ferguson or
probably in any other city. He's paying a price.

Not sure if he would be personally responsible for his legal defense if
it had gone straight to a trial or had the GJ indited him. I suspect
his union would cover his legal costs.

Your liberal arts education failed you, this is America and we don't
just put folks on trial to appease animals... the Grand Jury did it's
job, get over it...

about 25 feet toward Wilson before the final shots.
They also have several witnesses who support Wilson's story but they
were not willing to be on TV out of fear of reprisal.

The autopsies indicated that cannabis was found in Brown's system
In the drug world, one type of "Blunt" is made by mixing pot and another

it all in a small cigar and smoking it.

According to medical reports, this can cause a sense of invincibility in
some people. You could be shot and still keep coming.

Pot+PCP= Superman

None of this has been mentioned to my knowledge other than the fact that
pot was found in his system.

PCP does make you feel invincible BTDT. I have not done it often but I
did try some one day on my motorcycle. Not a good combination. After
catching myself doing some incredible stuff, I sat it out a few hours.
Pass a car on a curve with a car coming ... ah there is plenty of
room.

I really thought that was an 70s-80s thing tho. I have not heard
anyone talk about "killer" for 30 years ... but I may jut be hanging
out in a better crowd.
It was always a biker thing more than your general stoners, that and
crank.
Even in the 70s, dust was more likely to be used to pep up some
ragweed than as a thing itself, except for those biker guys. They put
pure PCP on parsley flakes and smoked it in a regular cigarette with
the tobacco rolled out. That was how I got got. I thought it was a
regular joint and I only took one hit. That was all it took.

Oh and you get a heluva hangover. It is not something I would do on
purpose.

Most of the drugs now are X or meth based... all can leave you very

Nice harrytale. You try to kill a cop, he will probably kill you, the
stupid bitch deserved it... period.

I don't disagree but, as usual they picked a bad case to hang their
hat on.

You don't disagree that "daily deadly police shootings..." LOL, time to
step back Greg...

It is like Zimmerman. There were far better stand your ground cases to
highlight but they picked a losing case and got mad when they lost.

Well, maybe not as many as you think othewise why would they keep
hanging their hats on rabid animals getting put down?
