The violence in Ferguson was unfortunate, but I understand that when people feel locked out of "the system" and without a voice, they sometimes react that way. It would have been better for all, including Wilson, had he been indicted, tried and found not guilty if that is where the evidence pointed. Where do you think the evidence pointed? |

It doesn't matter this is America, we have laws, this is how the law works.. unless you're black? Here, see if blacks are held accountable. There is clear video of Browns step father advocating a riot... Promoting Civil Disorder is a Class C Felony in Missouri. Section 574.070 If he doesn't get busted, **** 'em all... laws are not just for whites.. |

Unless CNN is making up stories again, Ferguson has a newly built police station that is located in the predominately white section of town. That's where the Guard was last night. The Guard was *not* deployed to the predominately black section of town. |

Are there any laws against publicly saying: "I hope somebody shoots Sharpton soon..." that you just posted a few minutes ago? |

Doesn't justify the violence and burnings for sure. I think some people look for any excuse for violence, looting and destruction of property. The lawyers on CNN are saying that if anything the prosecutor put more than the normal amount of testimony into evidence, Normally they don't really introduce anything that does not advance their theory of the case in a normal indictment. They did say that was not unusual on a police shooting case. Justice was not what these people wanted. They just wanted a conviction and due process was not supposed to enter into it. Grand juries indict. Juries convict. Zimmerman was denied due process and a grand jury |
