Where do you think the evidence pointed?

It doesn't matter this is America, we have laws, this is how the law
works.. unless you're black?

Here, see if blacks are held accountable. There is clear video of Browns
step father advocating a riot...

Doesn't justify the violence and burnings for sure. I think some people
look for any excuse for violence, looting and destruction of property.

The lawyers on CNN are saying that if anything the prosecutor put more
than the normal amount of testimony into evidence, Normally they don't
really introduce anything that does not advance their theory of the
case in a normal indictment.
They did say that was not unusual on a police shooting case.

Justice was not what these people wanted. They just wanted a
conviction and due process was not supposed to enter into it.

Grand juries indict. Juries convict.

Mostly true, except that around here you libs had the guy convicted
well before the grand jury began deliberating. Perhaps you don't
recall. Seems like you folks did a similar thing here a while back.

So you should have said:

Grand juries indict. Juries and liberals convict.

Unless CNN is making up stories again, Ferguson has a newly built police
station that is located in the predominately white section of town.
That's where the Guard was last night.

The Guard was *not* deployed to the predominately black section of town.

cops, not the National Guard, are trained to do.

I am not a lawyer. Are there any laws against publicly saying:

"I hope somebody shoots Sharpton soon..."

that you just posted a few minutes ago?

I didn't see anything wrong with the "due process."
The DA saw no reason to prosecute, so he gave it to a grand jury.
THEY saw no reason to prosecute. There were 3-4 blacks on that jury and
they came to a unanimous decision.
If the Feds see a reason to prosecute, so be it.

Doesn't justify the violence and burnings for sure. I think some people
look for any excuse for violence, looting and destruction of property.

And Crump and Sharpton will make excuses for it. Crying about the legal
process is one of them. I don't know how the hell Sharpton has a show
on MSNBC. It's ridiculous.
