NBC just broke into my local news and said there is only one confirmed
shooter (dead) and one victim. If he wanted to create "terror" he was
successful.
They have locked down a big chunk of Ottawa and closed Parliament


We'll see once all the facts get out. According to what NBC is
reporting, Canadian officials have confirmed multiple shooters.
