I am sure Morgan just wants "his" man in the state house and that is
scary enough. As for the medical pot, I am not sure what Morgan's
connection is but I would want to follow the money. He probably has a
link to the potential producers or distributors.

condition and pot prescription. Was fired because UPS has Federal
contracts and is still illegal Federally.


Many companies drug test the young kids before hiring them, don't care
if you have a med card, you smoke pot, you don't work there... period. I
assume it's more of an insurance consideration than anything else. Last
thing an employer wants is the insurance company to find out the worker
who just filed a claim smokes pot, legally, or not...

This is far from a settled issue. It will still be up to employers
whether failing a **** quiz is grounds for termination.
I am not sure I would want a stoned employee working for me and that
would include pot, heroin or (legal) prescription pills.
If they have a little lapse and get hurt or hurt someone else, you are
still liable.

Speed might be OK tho ;-)

Talk about "tin hat" lol.. if there is, a true CBD form that doesn't get
you high, I guarantee it's a one off product like the one going through
the courts now for a 7 year old kid... Medical MJ is a joke, maybe 1% of
users really "need" THC or CBD... The rest just want to get stoned..

I bet that won't be a big seller. When I was walking around in
Colorado, before the general legalization, the dispensaries still
bragged about how powerful their "medicines" were.

Crested Butte was an interesting place. They had 5 streets and 6
dispensaries ... and nobody in a restaurant ever got an order right.

It was the biggest concentration of "sick" people I ever saw. ;-)


Do not know what the drivers illness wis. As to Colorado, they figured big
tax revenues. The legal pot has so many taxes and fees, that it is about
2X the price of pot on the treet. $250 vs. $125 or that range.
