As much as I hate some of the decisions, I think most come down to
common sense before politics in a modern SCOTUS... I think it's doing a
pretty good job for now and I am not forgetting the recent Stevens
decisions either....


The five supreme cons are doing a terrific job kissing the ass of
corporations and the religious right.
