Don, down here there are deer seasons for hunting with pistols. No caliber less than .38, most preferred is ,357 and .44 mag.

Yes, sounded like the reverand was an avid deer hunter, both hunting
and dressing the deer while in his habit. Not.

Another ****ty excuse offered by the gun fondler crowd. His cohort is
dead because of his stupidity in retrieving and pointing a weapon
without the balls to use it.

Just another example of how guns make everything more dangerous.

Gosh, I recall reading this: "Badly injured, Terra made it to his bedroom and retrieved his
..357-caliber gun but was unable to fire before the attacker grabbed
it, forced the priest to his knees and demanded money, according to
court records. "

No where does it say anything about hunting. It does say he was badly injured, so badly that he
couldn't fire before the attacker grabbed it. I suppose the attacker wouldn't have beat Walker,
right?

You make up **** as you go, and you're full of it.

Johnny, y'all were the one who first brought up hunting.
Don't y'all read what you scribble before depressing the 'send' button?

Don, I provided you some links on hunting with a handgun. I did not attempt to belittle you or call
you names. Why do you feel you must do so?

You expressed wonderment at a reverend owning a handgun. I responded that he might enjoy hunting or
target shooting, and then provided examples of hunting with a handgun.

Remember?

Calling you by your name "belittled you"??
That is a sad state of affairs.
What happened in your formative years to cause this?

What is foolish about hunting with a handgun? Many people do so. Here, perhaps a little reading will
help:

http://www.fieldandstream.com/photos/gallery/gear/hunting-gear/2010/06/25-best-handguns-hunting-ever-made

Here are some nice hunting handguns: http://www.hofmeistercustomshop.com/..._handguns.html

And, he may have used it just for target practice, as your buddy claims he does.

I'll try not to get into name-calling mode with you, Don.

Not sure I would want to try coon huntin' but if I did, I wouldn't want
to try it with a rifle... sometimes these guys just say something
stupid, they really don't think beyond the words...

Back to your same babyish ****, I see. More power to you, and I hope your buddy, Krause, is
appreciative.

My buds use pistols... let me rephrase my statement to say. "If I did, I
would use a pistol"... HTH.

"Johnny" is a more than acceptable "nick" for someone named John. A
better name for him might be PortaJohn.
