Got a card yesterday notifying me I'd won a cruise for two, including air fair from any major
airport, for 8 days and 7 nights! Wow! And then, this morning, I see this: http://www.nbcnews.com/health/300-si...hip-2D11996578 Crap. |

That's nothing, I have $98,000,000 coming to me, all I have to do is send my name, address, and Social Security number to confirm. I'll take you on MY yacht after I get it. Mikek |

Mikek It does amaze me that every once in a while you hear a report of someone actually falling for something like that... I know a guy, not a kid... who came very close to starting to send money to a woman he met "on line" from Jamaica. Several of us talked him out of it, but apparently she was very convincing. When we finally got him to make it clear "he had no money", she disappeared. I honestly think, if she hung on, he would have too. |

I think it happens way to often, some people have given 10s of thousands of dollars to the scamsters. Does any one remember the website of the guy that played the Nigerian scamsters and got pictures of them doing all kinds of strange things? It seems like it had a number attached to it, like 409 scam or some such thing. The site was funny. Mikek |

It has pictures of the scammers holding signs they were told to make by the would be scamie. http://www.419eater.com/ Here's some stories. http://www.sweetchillisauce.com/nigeria.html Mikek |
