One of the interesting revelations was this $300 billion project did
not have a project manager. That it why it is so hard to figure out
who's fault it is.
Typical government bureaucracy. They had a dozen different agencies
throwing money at this cluster**** with no real central management
structure or anyone actually coordinating the effort.

It is just hard to write "government" and a number as insignificant as
"million" in the same sentence. I naturally start at in the billions
and hope it isn't really trillions.
