You, the person who wrote it!

Johnny's just playing stupis...again!
He's quite the anti-social these days.

Please describe 'stupis'.

Also, I made a firm offer to be sociable with you in exchange for the
same treatment. I've not
received a response from you to that offer.

don, harry and one other have made it clear why they are here and it
ain't to be sociable.... These guys have some weird control issues, and
they seem to feel powerful here so they pick on spelling, call names,
and generally dismiss anybody who isn't as narrow and uninformed as
they....

I'm here for the humor, intentional and otherwise. You are in the
otherwise category. And, of course, I do want to be around for the very
end of rec.boats.

This from the person who stiffed the hospital for his critical care, and
doesn't even go out and get a decent job to support his family properly.
I had a neighbor like you one time, he'd do just about anything to avoid
a real job. I felt sorry for his family.

No, this is in my groin and will be done with an incision. It's not
the laparoscopic surgery but the
open repair.

----------------------------

I remember my hernia repair vividly. It was done by the same surgeon
who had performed a mastectomy on my wife, so I knew him pretty well.
He was joking around with me before they administered the anesthesia.

The problem is that I don't accept anesthesia very well. I fight it.
Always have, even with oral surgery. The docs think I am out but I am
not.

Anyway, he thought I was out and started making the incision. I was
groggy, but still very much awake. I lifted my head a little and
said, "HEY" !
Scared the bananas out of him. He said, "You can feel that?" I
said, "Damn right I can". He told the anesthesiologist to "hit him"
and that's the last I remember of it.

He came by later in the recovery area and apologized. He told me that
all the monitors indicated I was out like a light when he started.
Told him "no sweat" ... it really didn't hurt, but I didn't want him
to get too carried away until I was really out. He said it took
quite a bit to put me under.

Same with me, woke up during oral surgery, scared the **** out of the
dentist, told him I had to pee, he unhooked me, I walked to the
bathroom, peed, went back and sat down! He told me afterward to make
sure I tell whoever that I don't take anesthesia well!

Never had that experience. Did come about half-way awake during a
colonoscopy. Remember groaning and
seeing a TV, but that was only for a few seconds.

Doesn't sound very enjoyable!

---------------

It wasn't a big deal. More funny than anything else because he jumped
when I yelled.

Last time I had oral surgery it was a similar experience. The nurse
started the IV drip that had the anesthesia and the doc told me to do
the typical "Count backwards from 100" Most people are out by the
time they get to 90. I was still counting at 50, so they upped the
drip.

Well, if that's what you feel you have to do to make you feel
successful, go for it... Probably be the very first thing you have ever
been successful at, how sick is that?

He has succeeded at being recognized as an egocentric asshole by
everyone. That has to count for something, eh?

Laughing at morons like you and the other Teabaggin' Terrorists here has
nothing to do with feeling successful...it's just a few grins in the
daily grind.

Speaking of daily grind. Has the hazmat team come to clean your
coffeemaker and sink yet?

You should have cleared that offer through Harry first.

I'm just waiting for Don's response.

Don is practically non responsive.

I've never had anesthesia during oral surgery. There've been many times I'd wished for it. Then my
Dr. tells me how much it would cost. Oh well.

Smoking does a lot of harmful things to your teeth and gums. That word should get a lot more
exposure.
