Pregnancy is a major cause of girls dropping out of school.

That's not what I asked.

The issue was unwed teen pregnancy, that is what was answered

Here's what I asked:

Please show the correlation between high school graduation rates and
children born into relationships where the parents aren't legally
married.

I don't suppose it would be hard to link high dropout rates to teen
single moms, particularly in the inner city.

I am not doing your research right now, we are going out in the BOAT
in a minute.

Oh, damn... NOBODY said "single moms" until you did just now!! Herring
specifically stated "unwed parents". Do you think that all unwed parents
are single parenting their children?

Maybe in your mind. In the real world they are usually the same
thing.

Not all but a very high percentage. What's your point?

I don't know the shop classes you took but, the ones that I took in 7th, 8th and 9th grade

even took an auto mechanics class and an electronics class. The one the served me the best
was the MIS class.

I built a one transistor radio in 8th grade shop class when I was 12
years old. It was bread boarded on an old 2x4 and didn't look like
much but it was a huge step up from the crystal radio that it started
from. A friend of mine once borrowed it with out telling me why. He
ended up winning the local science fair with it.

No question they'd prevent non-rape pregnancies too, right?

I would certainly support giving Plan B away.
I am amazed that these right wing guys are against abortion for poor
people. It should be encouraged.

You make a 15 year old have her baby and you ruin 2 lives.

Actually more than two when you consider the societal impact.

Here's a few:

Those are specifically single-parent issues.

Those statistics only address absent father cases.

Spurious right-wing sites.

Harry, I'll takee your word that thy are 'right-wing sites'

Now could you please produce some 'left-wing sites' that will counter-act them? After all, there are two (if not more) sides to every story, y'know...

You didn't answer a damned thing that I asked, but what did Kevin ask?

Fine, Kevin, here's your cite. Read it carefully. You'll understand the correlation then.

I agree 100%. Giving the pill away should help that problem and reduce the number of abortions.

Kevin, no one really gives a **** what you asked. Do your own research.

Besides, I said nothing about 'unwed parents'.

Who do you think we are talking about?

For every Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, there are a million girls
raising their illegitimate child on the public dole ... alone.

Herring said UNWED PARENTS. There is a huge difference between "children
born out of wedlock" and single parenting.

No, Kevin, he didn't. As usual you are making up ****.
