Home Ec was dropped because it was seen as sexist and shop was dropped because it implied that everyone was not going to go to college. Now we have home makers who do not have a clue how to prepare nutritious meals and think they need a licensed union electrician to put a plug on a lamp but not a clue how they could become that person. Watching a report now on Doctors prescribing a "specific diet" to those who "don't know how to eat healthy"... Another way of handing uninformed voters, money.... |
