Are you giving Zimmerman too much credit now for intelligence? Shouldn't the "JAG' lawyer be asked about all of the grades that were given in the course that Zimmerman took? -------------------------------------------------- The Judge would not allow it. She only allowed testimony that could relate to Zimmerman's prior knowledge of the Stand Your Own Ground statutes. Her reasoning is that it could have a direct bearing on the case, which obviously it did. My problem with the whole thing is that he didn't stand his ground. He followed the kid and that might have been the cause for the kid to react however he did. Stand your ground, as the Florida law is written, is situational. |
