Scott is talking about Aaron Hernandez, a tight end for the New
England Patriots. Or he was until he was arrested and is now charged
with the murder of an associate. He's also charged with 5 other gun
related felonies. It's been a big news item up here for the past
week or so.

There is a Pro Football player just charged with murder. The Prosecutor
just read off the "event" and it's amazing. He lived in a more populated
area and they got video surveylance of the guy moving around town from
place to place, so many views there is basically no way (if the video he
suggests he has is there) the defendant could have taken a **** without
then being able to account for his movement. They have him driving
around, picking up the defendant, a corner vid, here, three mins later,
a gas station there, five minutes later, four miles away pulling up to
the defendants house, a witness seeing the victim getting in car,
minutes later pulling down a "driveway" to an industrial park, [someone
hears gunshots] four mins later his car pulling out of the "driveway"
two mins later him returing home and getting out of his car with guns in
his hand... then they left casings in the rent a car, they have
suggestive texts sent before the incident, matching tire tracks and a
burn out at the scene of the crime that matches the rentacar
tracks........ that is just the beginning....

It's 50 percent of what's been covered anywhere you look lately. Are you
saying with all of the opinion you are known for, you don't watch "news"?

I "watch" some news, but mostly I "read" news. If I saw any video of
this particular football player in the news, I'm sure my mind chewed on
it for a few seconds and then dismissed it as "just another football
player acting badly."

Sorry, but I'm simply uninterested in "athletes," beyond maybe a handful
in the couple of sports that slightly intrigue me. I was more interested
when Jose Wejebe died in a private plane crash than I have been in any
pro football game or player.

I watch ABC world news almost every night, and while I know a little
about it, I know VERY little. I tend not to listen to stuff that is of
no interest to me, like what Hollywood star is going to rehab.
