I was up in Detroit earlier this week, and noticed that Horton's has infiltrated up there! Didn't someone see them sneaking in? Speaking of Detroit, what a ******** downtown is. Really interesting architecture, but it's so run down and dilapidated. They really need some leadership to do an "urban renewal". Every once in a while I'll see a program about the architecture of decaying American cities. Too bad...they all seem to have had that big boom period from the 1870's until WW2. Detroit and Buffalo are two examples. |
