Well, here it is, my new rig... well the boat is a year old this month and the Highlander is almost 3 months old.

I have it on a fairly level spot to measure how level the trailer is with a 2" drop receiver.

D'oh... I need to reverse the draw bar so the hitch is 3/4 inches high.

I'm struggling with that because I don't have a 1 & 9/16" or 1 & 5/8ths wrench to hold the ball steady while I remove the big 1.5" nut and it's locking washer.

I tried my water pump pliers with duct take over the jaws to protect the chrome but it's too slippery.

Guess I'm off to Princess Auto to buy a big cheap Chinese adjustable wrench.

Nice boat. What holds the cover on when you are towing? I can't see any

straps...snaps, maybe?

Snaps and a snug fit, but I don't like the way the wind affects it.
Legend claim it can be towed at highway speed but local boat cover maker says he wouldn't trust it.
I could get him to sew straps on.
He also warned me that the little poles that fit into the round plastic vents can shake loose and puncture the material.
