For the whole world, I doubt there are figures anywhere aproaching reasonable accuracy... might as well take a blind guess. For just the US it's not that hard to figure..

But if everyone in the whole world could have 34K a year that wouldn't =
be a bad thing at all. They should just make a world law that no one =
can have more than 34K...(bet birth control would get thrown out the =
window real fast!)
