I'm thinking the S&W M&P 9c looks about right. I'm also thinking that
the S&W 39-2 is small enough

Stay tuned for the Herring Family Shoot-Out.
Who will survive?
Who cares?

This from the guy who racks and fires his pistol in the house while on
the phone, just to play and impress somebody. Sounds like you are a
welcome accident waiting to happen, not John.

Indeed, i do spend a couple of hours a week handling, practicing and
cleaning empty firearms. You happened to call when I was doing this.
I'm not obsessive like Herring, though. I don't, for example, drive
early in the morning to places that sell ammo to see if i can buy some.

After seeing this confession, the only conclusion one can come to is
that you are an obsessive compulsive crazed gun nut.
