A. I haven't dodged you. I simply see no purpose in meeting up with you.
What would the purpose be? To see in person that you are a short,
ignorant ****head? I already know that. I am up in Connecticut at least
once and usually twice a year, but we usually are houseguests of friends
who have other houseguests at the same time, and any ill-mannered twerp
who showed up to cause trouble would be dispatched - quickly.

B. I have no idea what you mean by "Does everybody sleep their way to
paper,...et cetera." I'm sorry but the English I read, speak, and write
is "standard American English."
