Gee, if she's such a fantastic success, why don't you own better equipment? I didn LOL, Jess rides by far the fastest bike in the division, sponsored by the guy and his team that rode it to 7th place in the Redbud AMA Pro Nationals.. Fastest bike in the division, best preparer in the division, best coach in the division...is there a national leaderboard ranking? You are not making any sense.. Well, you claim the fastest bike in the division, and you brag about your preparation and coaching, so my assumption is that if there is a national ranking of riders, it is up on line somewhere, and your kid, whatever the hell her name is, is on it. After all, if you go to the AMA SuperCross site, it lists the point rankings in the various divisions. So, is your kid on the national leaderboard? She is not AMA I didn't say or allude that she was. I merely mentioned the AMA site as an example. So, what national sanctioning body is she affiliated with, where is its site, and what is her position in her division's national leaderboard? She is not ranked, she is still an amateur. We do not race series, we train and race where we need to race, where the team tells us to race. Because we race several series she has no national ranking. |

Do you suppose he is trying to divert attention away from his long list of shortcomings? My advice to you is clam up on him and leave him to play his game solitaire. Yup... he certainly doesn't have any hands to play here anyway... |

My parents college of choice was BYU, I was scouted by a coach on the volley ball team but decided not to go.. so? What does that have to do with weather your parents were successful in helping you reach your goals... The word you want is "whether," not "weather." Had you gotten an education, you might have known the difference between the two words. My parents steered me towards being able to think for myself and thus stressed reading, writing, science, music, art, and having fun. My goal back then was to get a good education, not a job. It wasn't until my third year of college that I had what might be called a "career" goal of becoming a professional writer. Funny thing is, the spring of my junior year, when I was hired by the Kansas City Star to start working that summer, I was one of three new reporters hired, and there were more than a thousand applicants from all around the country. I know that, because the day the managing editor hired me, he took me to the board room and showed me the enormous stacks of resumes, and said the count was more than a thousand. Hell, I never even gave him a resume. I didn't have one back then. He hired me the night before at a journalism society party at which everyone got smashed. Wasn't until a year later that I learned he had "scouted" me at the party at the suggestion of one of my professors, who was an adviser to the newspaper's editorial board. So, how did your parents help you reach your goals? This, coupled with your last essay on 'ESADEA' (Esad's Educational Achievements) should be making Donnie cream his pants with the joy of being your only buddy here. .....if he believes it. Happy February Salmonbait -- 'Name-calling'...the liberals' answer to a lost argument! You know you live in a Country run by idiots if... You have to have your parents signature to go on a school field trip but not to get an abortion. |
