At 25 yards I am lucky to even hit the target, but at 25 feet it is very accurate. Also have a Walther PPK/2 380 for the very few times I carry and my favorite, a Ruger Single-Ten .22LR revolver. Oh, and a 20 gauge Winchester shotgun. Just came back from the range. Really like the Ruger. Fun to shoot, accurate as hell and ammo is cheap. Pistols are nice and all, but I am definitely a revolver guy. Simple. Just load, aim, pull the trigger and it goes "bang". I had a Single-Six for a while. Fine revolver. I didn't like having to knock the spent shells out, though, which is why I like DA revolvers more. Also had an unused, matched set of Ruger SA "cowboy" revolvers, which I sold some time ago. I'm sort of looking for a good DA "cowboy style" revolver in 45 long colt. |

Good grief. Has all common sense gone in favor of political correctness? http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/kindergartner-suspended-over-bubble-gun-threat-174618051--abc-news-topstories.html Just amazing dumb people behaving like scared rabbits. Amazing mankind got this far. -- Liberal-socialism is a great idea so long as the credit is good and other people pay for it. When the credit runs out and those that pay for it leave, they can all share having nothing but debt and discontentment. |
