You're careful, so I presume you will appreciate knowing the phrase,
correctly used, is "innocent *unless* proven guilty." "Unless" is an
entirely different word than "until." *Until" implies an act is going to
happen. *Unless* does not.

knocked to the ground and said "now you are going to die" as he went
for Zimmerman's gun
