Credit cards are one of the reasons the American economy is in the shape it is in, now. If you can't live within a realistic budget, you shouldn't be allowed credit in the first place. When is the last time the U.S. even had a budget? They use preloaded cards because their electronic banking system is not that great across the borders. people are likely to cross. I just don't understand how the elites don't understand the differences in simple logistics here and over there... Comparing us to Europe just doesn't work, it's apples to oranges. |
