Now that I worked out in my mind where I'll pull the water from, it's an easy job to figure out where to mount the pump, run the wires, and mount a switch.

Grab another 30 feet of tubing and another quick disconnect or two and
mount a connector on the opposite corner/end of the boat... It would
be nice to have one up near the bow too, outside the passenger area in
case you had a need for fresh water up on the beach where you are
pulled up. Just have the intake back near the engine. You could
actually make a quick shower, wash off stuff up on the shore before
loading into the boat, put out your camp fire.... spray the kids...
