We also have to remember Harry went to quite an effort to get a
Maryland carry permit, so he must think he was going to have to shoot
someone on the street. I wonder how badly he would have to be getting
beaten before he pulled his gat.

Actually, it was a modest effort.

The process in Maryland is far from "modest". I know lots of people
who tried and failed

In my opinion, the effort I exerted to obtain said permit was modest.

Not to worry, little toad. When you break into someone's house, as I am
sure you will someday, the occupants won't need a carry permit to take
care of you.
