Accumulated policies like this and other job killing regulations have resulted in our huge unemployment rate. Why are only liberals surprised? Why am I surprised that you don't have a clue how things actually work. Look at this: http://www.investors.com/NewsAndAnal...avis-Bacon.htm even the govt is finding their own regs are a barrier to green jobs creation. Best solution, every department, every law, every stupid government regulation needs to be review for effectiveness, rationality and bet 80% of it is bull****. Cut 60% of government. Yep, deforest the dead weight. Watched a documentary the other night on 9/11 where government is so big they have turf wars between the departments that indirectly lead to Al Queda getting the chance to pull off 9/11. Some dumb democrat ambassador in Yemen booted out a FBI investigator that almost tripped ont he 9/11 plots. Fighting her own government for her own political bull****. Simply put, need a president that fires such idiots routinely. But it is what happens when government gets too big for the good of the people. That is why we have a depression. Preserving big fat government is more important than the people. Print money for big government debt, to keep government big and dysfunctional. New debt is inflationary, unemploying people as less goods are needed. That means less taxes and more debt...more money print and destroys the US economy with DEBT and FRAUD. All to keep government big, fat an ineffective. Unfortunately for you, that's already underway and has been since 2009, depending on the department and the issue. http://blogs.cgdev.org/mca-monitor/2...ent-policy.php http://ipolitics.ca/budget2011/2011/...-to-cut-costs/ Of course, you hate Obama, so it doesn't matter. |

This is so typical of a government that has gotten so big they become a byzantine **** up. This company firing the drunk is trying to preserve American jobs. Does no good if the drunk hits a school bus, they get sued out of business because they couldn't fire the drunk. But it is an Obamanation. Making everyone suffer for fleabaggers. -- If it is all Bush's fault, then how come Obama is doing much more of the same and expecting different results? |

Just said they would never get a driving position. He may be a warehouseman, etc. The Fed's complained about the drunk not driving. Any Class A license will be lifted for one drunk driving arrest. Even in a car, not related to for hire driving, and the BAC is much lower for a commercial license. |

My guess, some senator or congress people indirectly or directly own his competition and the idea is to lean on him. Was looking over net worth history of some politicians the other day. And notices how many seem to be able to consistently pick names you never heard of that take off in the markets. Almost as if they get a regular feed of good inside tips for favors. -- If it is all Bush's fault, then how come Obama is doing much more of the same and expecting different results? |

You "guess" a lot, but mostly, you just spout Rush's garbage. You're 100% stupid. |
