Default lie clock

A man died and went to Heaven. As he stood in front of the Pearly Gates, he
Saw a huge wall of clocks behind him. He asked, 'What are all those clocks?'

St. Peter answered, 'Those are Lie-Clocks. Everyone who has ever been
On earth has a Lie-Clock. Every time you lie, the hands on your clock move.'

'Oh', said the man. 'Whose clock is that?'

'That's Mother Teresa's', replied St. Peter. 'The hands have never moved,
Indicating that she never told a lie.'

'Incredible', said the man. 'And whose clock is that one?'

St. Peter responded, 'That's Abraham Lincoln's clock. The hands have moved
Twice, telling us that Abraham told only two lies in his entire life.'
*
'Where's Obama's clock?' asked the man.

St Peter replied, 'God has it in his office. He uses it as a ceiling fan.'*

I thought it might get a yuk from Plume. She seems to think you are a
funny guy. And this is much funnier than your stuff.

We are moored just down the channel from the Edgartown Yacht Club at
Martha's Vineyard. They have a discrete little sign out front by the
water side which says "Yachts May Not Lie at This Dock".

Apparently truthful yachts are OK.

===============

As far as I know they have not yet started the actual installation of
towers and rotors. You can read all about the project he

http://www.capewind.org/

I've seen other wind farms and do not find them objectionable. The
environmental factors for project here have received a great deal of
scrutiny at all levels and no valid issues have been found.

What's not to like?
