The details are far more complex than your simple mind can comprehend,
and my income from the strip mall was never more than twenty five
percent of my annual income when I was working full-time. Now that I am
working only half time, the mall income is about a third of my annual
income.

My two partners and I, however, are all approaching the big 70, and
