Methinks it's due to your new addiction... BT!

Could be, although I've toned down the time spent on BT as well... At
least I spent two days in my boat this past weekend! :-)

Lucky you. I, however, spent two days on the floor of my house this
past weekend playing with my 3 month old daughter! She'll be big enough
for a boat soon.

I know for a fact that several paddler's kids had spent some time in a
boat before they were that old. A German paddling buddy and her husband
took her newborn on a canoe when the child wasn't that old yet.

Another padding couple (with her being in her 6th or 7th month now)
joined us this past Sunday, joking that the child needs to feel the
effect of water so that it (dunno yet what sexe it will be) will also
become a passionate paddler. :-)

Before you know it she will be old enough to join you on most paddling
trips! Time flies (...like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana ;-)).
