Jobs were gone a long time ago. It would have been cheaper to put them
on on EI for 10 years. Pretty expensive jobs and 1/2 of them are gone

I expect it by year end. In fact it is probably pretty close to the USA
as it is. Government adjusts all sorts of crap up here. For example
contractors are not part of the numbers at all.
