Jobs were gone a long time ago. It would have been cheaper to put them
on on EI for 10 years. Pretty expensive jobs and 1/2 of them are gone
already anyways.

as it is. Government adjusts all sorts of crap up here. For example
contractors are not part of the numbers at all.
