Gee, I wonder where the "stacked with union officials" are hiding?

Tosk is competing with Canuck for the title of "Most Ignorant Poster in

It's a competition alright. I vote for the idiot. Oh wait, they're
both... I get it. Never mind.

Wait a minute...wasn't that a "bad" idea? Wouldn't it have been better
(for the GOP) to toss hundreds of thousands of factory workers out of work?

Yes, it would have saved us from having to pay out pension and
benefits to people who vote for the Democratic party.

And, because they pay taxes, it kept more money flowing into the
federal government, which makes Republicans go crazy!!!

But who is going to bail them out this time? At what cost? So far for
what GMs total cost is you have about 40 yer more to go before dollar
recovery, and that is without interest.

Sot of like you must have that baseball, and jump over the railing to
get it....then ooopss...splat goes the economy.

Shifting bank and corrupt auto debts to the taxpayer was always just a
very bad idea.

I think it is becoming obvious to the smarter independents that the
Republican game plan is entirely cynical and built upon the idea of
stopping whatever the government can to to encourage employment. The
Republicans think raising the misery index will put them back in the
White House.

On a brighter front, Michele Bachmann is now leading the Iowa GOP caucus
poll. :)

I admire her bravery. I say that as even if I could, I am not sure I
would want to be president next term. It isn't going to take that long
to see a 1932 like bottom again.

Reply:
All auto sales were down. GM just looks better because Toyota and Honda
could not build cars.

Agreed. I have a friend in the auto business, and sales have dried up
to a snails pace. Japan is in permanent trouble now. Between debt and
disaster...a real collapse is pending. Will make 2008 look like nothing.
