Default Timing of N Fork Feather releases?

North Fork Feather releases are scheduled for this weekend,
Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 4:00 as far as I know.

We switch clocks from daylight savings to standard time
at 2 AM that Sunday morning. Thus, Sunday's 10:00 release
will seem late, and it will be getting a bit dark by 4:00.
Are they planning to make Sunday flows from 9:00 to 3:00?

Here is a excellent writeup with pictures on the Cresta run
(Saturday release) thanks to Paul Quiroga. This fall, Paul
plans to write up the Rock Creek run similarly.
