On my 90 hp yamaha, power tilt is in "UP" position and will not go
down. Motor runs (I can hear it). Any ideas?

up during delivery.

Snotty was adopted.
He didn't inherit any of the work ethic of his mom or dad.
He cared so little for his ailing dad that he wouldn't grant Inky's last
wish a few years ago.... to make a road trip up here to Nova Scotia where
his ancestors came from.
