and owners of companies need to just let the employees decide how to run
the business, and the owner (if he is willing to drop the whole boss
thing) can help out if he gets along with the employees...

These people are fruitcakes! The guy doesn't even know how to bathe, but
he wants to run the restaurant and tell them how to cook the food too..

I guess they all missed the lesson in Soviet history where when the
people were given their own plot of land to grow crops on and retain the
profits that land started to bear fruit.

Best thing to do is fire them all. If students, fail them. They need
to learn respect for taxpayers and others. It isn't just a screw fest
of taxpayers.

Which is why USA is failing. Too many people have too many voices that
don't know what they are talking about. Self important types that are
really losers. Too many irrational dreamers. If you cannot maintain
equity in the economic system, why invest? Why not everyone sit on
their ass and produce hot air?

When these air heads realize bullsh1t does not feed people, we will make
progress.

Too much dead weight in the system.
