and owners of companies need to just let the employees decide how to run
the business, and the owner (if he is willing to drop the whole boss
thing) can help out if he gets along with the employees...

These people are fruitcakes! The guy doesn't even know how to bathe, but
he wants to run the restaurant and tell them how to cook the food too..
And he want's to unionize "Noodles"! Madison is full of far-left hippies.

Don't expect a response from the WAFA crowd. This one is too tough for
them to spin.

Best way to fix it is with an organized taxpayers revolt.
