Default - Walker Says National Guard could Respond to Unrest, as State EmployeesLearn of his Budget Proposal

There is or was no hint of civil unrest. His statements serve as
instigation and also a threat, that many reasonable people would/ will
interpret as any form of objection wold be construed as unallowable
discourse.
Is this guy from Nicaragua?
Perhaps he should consider cutting his and political appointees pay and
benefits first. I'm sure all those 25,000.00 a year Employees will be
glad to give up half of their compensation as the Politicians enjoy the
fruit of their rich and famous contracts.
