Has there ever been an allegation of an affair by a congressman that wasn't true? ;-) That seems to be where democrats and republicans all coincide. The only difference is the level of hypocrisy. The Republicans win every time! Only because your Progressives have no moral core, no standards to weigh them down... |

They are all losers of whom you can expect no better from. |

The only difference is the level of hypocrisy. The Republicans win every time! It is probably just more a reflection of the values of the people who's votes they court. Democratic voters rush to the side of candidates who cheat on their wives, screw their pages and cheat on their taxes. Huh? Let's assume that the sex scandals are equally distributed between Dems and Reps. The Dems are not the hypocritical "family value" spouting ones. Please show us some hard evidence that suggests Dem voters tend to embrace that kind of behavior. Personally I still respect the ones who tell the truth more than the ones who lie no matter what they did, but I am not really a D or an R. So, then it would be ok with you that Gov. Sanford finally admitted he was having an affair and spending government funds to do it. Or, perhaps you think it's ok for Gingrich to cheat on his wife while she's in the hospital, all the while pushing for Clinton's impeachment. Or, how about Henry Hyde... that paragon of virtue (at least in his own mind). |
