I am watching a series and they are talking about "clicks" in reference
to distance. What is a click? TIA RMR...

It could be clicks... as in markings on a graduated sighting device or
it could be klicks.... as in: a klick is 1000 meters or one
kilometer...

Or it could be the sound the nuns made on their little 'clickers' to let the
kids know when to stand, sit or kneel.
