Recently one of the rec.boats stay at home dads, or retired dudes,
complained about dogs in the neighborhood barking all day long. Presumably
during the work week when the owners were at work. I have a solution. Why
doesn't he offer to dog sit the offenders and pick up a little pocket change
for himself. Problem solved.
