All they did was disrupt this newsgroup further, and drive away posters.

The best thing that could happen to usenet would be moderated-only
newsgroups.

Difference in opion, but I am not going to argue the past here, I don't
look back..

Scotty, I'd hate to pull up some of your recent posts just to show how f'ing
much you *do* look back! It would be damn nice if you'd stop.

And, I've got to agree with Harry. The spoofers, one or two of them, were funny
at first. The humor quickly wore off. They most certainly did nothing to *help*
rec.boats.

You have to admit, they *did* accomplish the task of running nearly
everybody else off....






I'm glad you agree. The spoofers and their supporters work hard to deny
that indisputable fact.
