is on HD right now. They are talking about an upcoming Warner
Collection auction. They have a drop-dead beautiful 1932 Chris Craft
they keep cutting away to. Unbelievable boat. Check it out.

finest. 1932 was a low point for Chris-Craft, production-wise, along

Well, I know where you might be able to get one, but get out your
check book. The guy has a recovery diver in the great lakes who brings
up scuttled boats from the bottom. So deep and cold there, the one I
saw being redone still had a lot of it's original varnish on it, for
sure, nothing was rotted. Some parts were missing but were being
replaced. The guy is a real artist, next time I am down there I will
ask if I can take a shot or two of his current project... He restores
them and sells them for a lot of money...
