Absolutely correct! Probably 45 of 50. Has been for a hundred years. Then,
most technically educated foreign nationals go back to where the output is,
and some find positions in the diminishing U.S. Fewer "Americans" are
qualified, and find better use of their time playing with cell phones and
watching Dancing for Dollars.
