Biology encourages women to be conservative nest builders. Biology
encourages some men to be innovative because they cannot get sex any
other way. Thus, without men, there would be very little new
technology, without new technology, the world will starve.
The interesting question is therefor, "Does society need the typical
"teamwork type" of successful male anymore or will the innovative
individualistic males become the dominant model? Male worker drones
are obsolete while male innovators are a necessity.

It might "encourage" since men don't give birth, but other than that we're
just as if not more capable than men. Sounds like you're not very
comfortable around either group.
