Got pulled over once in Florida, does that count? My papers were in

he doesnt know the difference between a license to operate a vehicle

and having your papers to prove you're an american

Since the feds passed "Real ID" that is going to be the same thing.
The cop can use the unique ID number on the back of your license
(buried on the mag stripe and in that dot code) and find out
everything the government knows about you.
That is why an Arizona driver's license is "papers",

go ahead and try to get a license in 1 state with a license from
another state. i did that with a texas license in PA 2 years ago.

good luck.

americans dont have to show **** to a cop beyond their license when
driving a car. and the right wing wants to change all that...

"VHERE ARE YOUR PAPERS HERR FREWELL"?

A Florida license (Real ID) is "papers" in Arizona. They will pull up
everything they need to determine my citizenship from the mag stripe
on the back of my license.
The real burden is on women with "real ID" since they will have to
produce every marriage license and divorce decree to get their license
(or get it renewed). You have to document every name change.
Fort me it was real easy. They just wanted to see my DD214 and that
allowed me to skip a lot of the paperwork.
The same was true of Social Security.

Yet, Florida didn't create a new law to do this. Thus, your argument is
without merit.

Florida enforces immigration policy without a new law. They just do
it. When a cop catches an illegal, they call INS.

Which is fine and normal. They didn't create a new one, claiming Federal
action is inadequate.
